The Centaurus is a ring that speaks of strength, history, and individuality. Forged in Damascus steel, its swirling patterns echo the artistry of ancient blades, giving each band a unique, layered texture. At its heart lies a core of genuine oak whisky barrel, adding warmth, depth, and a story of tradition to the design.
Measuring 8mm wide with a comfort fit profile, this ring offers both presence and everyday wearability. The durability of Damascus steel ensures it stands up to modern life, while the oak inlay makes each piece truly personal no two are ever exactly alike.
Whether chosen as a men’s wedding band or as a distinctive dress ring, The Centaurus embodies strength of character and timeless style, perfect for those who want a ring that is every bit as unique as they are.

FAQ's
Can I wear this as both a wedding ring and a dress ring?
Absolutely. The brushed tungsten and oak whisky barrel inlay strike a perfect balance between modern style and natural warmth. It’s versatile enough to be your wedding band, yet stylish enough to wear as a statement dress ring too.
Is this ring comfortable to wear every day?
Yes. Our rings are designed with a comfort fit profile, meaning the inside of the band is slightly rounded. This reduces pressure on the finger and makes it easy to wear all day, every day.
Is the wood core waterproof?
The oak whisky barrel core is sealed and protected, but like all natural materials, it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to water. Occasional contact is fine, but we recommend removing the ring before swimming, showering, or heavy water-based activities to preserve the wood’s character.
Does my ring come with a warranty?
Yes, all Nord London rings come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This will not cover you for general wear and tear.
How are tungsten rings made?
Tungsten rings are made by combining tungsten powder with carbon to create tungsten carbide, one of the hardest materials used in jewellery. The carbide is pressed, shaped, and sintered at extremely high temperatures, then finished with polishing or inlays such as wood, antler, or meteorite. The result is a durable, heavyweight ring with a smooth, premium feel.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch all orders the same day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 3pm otherwise it will be the next working day. UK orders typically arrive next working day with express delivery or 2-3 days with our standard delivery. We also offer guaranteed next day delivery. International orders may take 5–10 business days depending on location.
Will my ring come in a gift box?
Yes, all Nord London rings are delivered in a branded presentation box, ready to gift.
