Shipping policy

At Nord London, we aim to ensure your order reaches you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and processes.

Processing Time

All orders are processed the same day if placed before 3pm Monday - Friday, orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked): 2-4 working days  - Free on all orders

Express UK Delivery Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1-3 working days - £4.95

Next Day (Royal Mail Special delivery) - Next working day before 1pm - £8.95

International Delivery: 2-11 working days, cost calculated at checkout depending on destination.

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website. Your can also track your order here once shipped 

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs charges, import duties, and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@nordlondon.com and we will assist you in locating your parcel.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
