Returns & Refunds Policy
At Nord London, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your ring, we offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for an exchange or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your ring for a different size, material, or style, please let us know when requesting your return.
Exchanges are shipped out free of charge once the original item has been received.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been custom engraved, resized, or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
