At Nord London, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is designed to last a lifetime. To give you peace of mind, we provide a Lifetime Warranty on all our rings.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Structural integrity of the ring under normal wear.
- Replacement or repair of stones that are lost due to a manufacturing defect.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, tarnish, fading of plating).
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or alterations by third parties.
- Loss or theft of jewellery.
How to Claim
- Contact us at hello@nordlondon.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will assess your claim within 5 working days.
- If covered, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
- If not covered, we will provide a quote for repair or replacement.
Important Notes
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the claim is accepted.
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
